What to bring to your appointment
  • Prior vet records*
  • Adoption paperwork*
  • List of current medications
  • List of current diet
  • Fresh fecal sample (<24 hours old)​
  • New Client Registration (see “Forms” section, below).
Exotic pet additional items to bring
  • Exotic Pet History Form filled out ahead of time (see “Forms” section, below).​​
  • Photos of habitat setup can be emailed ahead
  • Ultraviolet (UV) bulb for testing for reptiles
Preparing for your upcoming appointment takes only a few minutes. To the right are a few tips to help make your visit go more smoothly.​

Transporting your pet
  • Make sure your car is warmed up or cooled down (depending on the season).
  • Keep your dog on a leash at all times.
  •  Cats and exotic pets will feel more comfortable traveling in covered carriers.
  • In winter, wrap exotic pet carriers with blankets or towels.
