Appointments
Make an appointment from your smartphone with our PetPro Connect app!  It also allows you to check your pet's vaccine status and send us text messages.  All you need to sign up is an email on file with us!

What to expect for your visit

Preparing for your upcoming appointment takes only a few minutes. To the right are a few tips to help make your visit go more smoothly.​

Fill out our Client Registration and Patient History ahead of time to save time at your appointment, see Client Forms section below.
What to bring to your appointment
  • Prior vet records*
  • Adoption paperwork*
  • List of current medications
  • List of current diet
  • Fresh fecal sample (<24 hours old)​
  • New Client Registration (see “Forms” section, below).
Exotic pet additional items to bring
  • Exotic Pet History Form filled out ahead of time (see “Forms” section, below).​​
  • Photos of habitat setup can be emailed ahead
  • Ultraviolet (UV) bulb for testing for reptiles
Transporting your pet
  • Make sure your car is warmed up or cooled down (depending on the season).
  • Keep your dog on a leash at all times.
  •  Cats and exotic pets will feel more comfortable traveling in covered carriers.
  • In winter, wrap exotic pet carriers with blankets or towels.
